There is no hiding that fact that if you’re a mum and you have mental health struggles, you’re scared shitless about “fucking – up” your kids, right? So today, I want to share how I got myself out of this fear, and something that I tell myself, whenever these fear’s raise their little heads.

  2. Have some new strategies to help you through fear and guilt when it comes to being an “anxious parent” and raising your kids
