Regret Anxiety – i like to explain it as; When your anxiety is triggered by a decision/commitment/action you’ve made and you’re too scared to change it or you hold ongoing feelings about it. 

I conducted a poll on my Instagram stories the other week, the community resonated with it so much. So I thought we could do a deep dive into this, and my hope is that at the end of the episode you’ll;

  1. Be able to get more honest with yourself about what matters to you, and who you are
  2. Have more confidence, so that next time you can BACK YOURSELF and start taking ACTION that will make you feel good
  3. Have some fresh strategies to help you through that initial uncomfortable part of saying no, or stepping back.
