Is there a place to ask questions or get extra support if I need it or feel stuck?

Everyone will receive a replay of each and every coaching call for you to keep for lifetime. If you have any specific points or questions you want to raise for the Topic of the week, you have an opportunity to put these forward before the call. You also have the 8 weeks to ask any questions and ask for support in the intimate and private facebook group. 

Calls will also be spread across AM & PM in accordance to the groups availability once your spot is secured.

How much time should I allocate each week to get the most out of this experience?

I have designed this experience to provide intimate coaching to support you through a hard and sometimes, lonely and exhausting period. This experience isn’t about creating MORE work for you, rather, give you the on-the-go strategies & perspectives to support you through the anxiety rollercoaster. You will not be required to work through videos, or workbooks or allocate lots of time.

I recommend alloacting a maximum of 1hour for writing, on top of your 90minute calls per week to get the maxmium out of this experience – so a total of 2.5hours per week.

You will just need a notebook and pen, and reflection time.
